With the Life in Home Team, we'll start off by figuring out the answers to these questions together. We'll then let you know how we can best promote your home in the context of the current market and get you the best deal possible.

Our initial meeting will be an opportunity for us to gain a better understanding of your home. We'll do a complete walk-through, present recommendations, and schedule a time for professional photos to be taken. To conclude this initial step, we'll schedule a final walk-through before your home goes on the market. During this time, we'll draw up the Seller's Notes and create the Home Features document.
When listing your home, we'll first get it prepared for viewing. An order listing signpost will be installed outside of your home, along with a Perma-Flyer that contains the necessary details. Any staging that needs to be done will also occur in this phase. When your property is ready, it will then be uploaded into the MLS system and will subsequently go live on RMLS.
Once your property is available for viewing, we'll give buyers the opportunity to see your home with Open House events. Along with this, additional marketing pieces will be sent out, such as postcards, emails, various social media announcements, etc. During this phase, we'll secure feedback from the other agents on tour and regularly follow-up with them, along with other prospective buyers. Daily/Weekly progress reports will be given to update sellers, and comparable properties will be reviewed to determine if the price is still competitive.
